We worked with Keith and his team to buy our first home this March. Keith, Kris, Adam, and the rest of the team were wonderful throughout the home-buying process! From attending their workshop for first-time home buyers to handing over the keys, every step of the process was transparent and supportive. Worked with Farnaz to sell our condo in Walnut Creek, and it was a genuinely great experience. She's sharp, knows the market inside and out, and never left us hanging. Texted or called at pretty much any hour and always had a real answer, not just a "let me get back to you." Farnaz was amazing to work with when buying my home. When I found the area I liked, she walked with me door-to-door to meet the residents in the area so I could get feel for the community. She developed a great working relationship with the selling agent and was able to negotiate a deal in which my offer was accepted even though it was not the highest price! Later when I decided to sell my home and purchase another, she and the other professionals at the Walker Team found issues with the deal and provided me with sound guidance that kept me from making a costly mistake.
