One word sums up our experience with Nate "Amazing". Nate was focused on showing us just properties that matched our wants and needs and did not waste our time looking at those that didn't. His knowledge of recent market sales and environment allowed us to make an offer that worked and resulted in us purchasing the perfect property for our family. Amazing is also what happened after the closing when most agents collect their commission and move on. Nate has been hands on with everything from turning on the utilities to arranging for cleaning, pool maintenance, grounds keeping and so much more.
