Here is my 5 Star review. Jean cold called on me 15 years ago while I was tending my property. Her approach was courteous and professional. She understood right away that I had no plans to sell, but her demeanor led me to take her business card anyway. I told her if I ever decided to sell, she would be the first one Id call. Fast forward to the summer of 2022 and here I am finally ready to leave NY, so I dusted off Jeans card, and sure enough she was at my door the following morning. As we were doing a preliminary walk through of the property, Jean advised me on what last minute things I needed to take care of, but more importantly things that I didnt. She totally removed all the stress of having to sell a property that I owned for 40 years. Her suggestion of having an open house without publicly posting my address proved to be a spot-on strategy to a quick sale. My home sold in ONE DAY at 11K over the asking price. Jean was very responsive throughout the entire process - texting and emailing was very helpful. She scheduled several showings for us, and always came prepared. She was a great point of contact between all parties involved in the home buying process (sellers agent, our attorney etc). She was so patient with us as first time buyers, and we appreciated all of her insight.

Jean did an exceptional job selling my parents house. My parents had been in the same house for over 30 years and needed to work with an agent that was going to be sensitive to their emotional attachment to the property and to simply get them to the closing table within a specific period of time. Jeans communication was superb through the process and I was confident that my parents were in great hands the entire process. At closing, Jean presented my parents with a hand drawn picture of their house. It was extremely thoughtful and will be treasured by our family for years to come!

From the first meeting I had with Jean, she put me at ease with which felt like the overwhelming task of selling my home. She is very knowledgeable and highly personable. She was always available to me from a simple question via text or for a more complicated issue over the phone or in person. And, during a process like this, her helpfulness and reassurance went a long way. She interacted with all involved in a professional and warm manner.

Jean was amazing from start to finish helping with the finding of our home. She went above and beyond helping at any time with questions and support durning the whole home buying process. I would always look to have Jean help again if ever the need comes up for another home in the future.
