Integrated Mountain Properties

Marty is very easy to work with! He was knowledgeable on all aspects of our home buying process & was always available for all the calls and questions we had throughout our home purchase. Id definitely work with him again.

Matt is incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. He is friendly, responsive to requests, and comes up with creative solutions. Matt differentiates himself with his commitment to delivering a fair and ethical experience. He connected me, at my request, with his extensive local network of real estate and construction professionals who helped to make my home buying experience simple and straight-forward.

Marty was so incredibly helpful in my house search. He listens to what I was looking for, and in a very short time I was able to find just the right place. The process went very smooth- thanks to Martys professionalism and knowledge.Hes THE BEST!I have bought/ sold a few homes in the last 7 years and this was by far the best home purchase experience! ??????????+

Marty helped me from start (open house) to finish (closing) on buying my new home in Glenwood Springs all while helping me sell my condo in Carbondale at the same time. Whew! He followed up with all of my emails/texts/phone calls promptly and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. Whenever I felt overwhelmed, he reassured me that we were doing everything right and closing on both properties on the same day was a breeze thanks to him.

He was very professional and super helpful in finding a house just right for us. We are first time homebuyers and so the process was stressful and confusing but then it became so easy and fun with Martins help! I couldnt have asked for a better realtor and he knew how to help and communication was amazing!
