Insight Real Estate

Highly recommend Anne and her team for the luxury home market in Raleigh. I met Anne at an open house when we were thinking of putting our house off Ridge Rd on the market. After speaking to her, I knew she was the right person for this journey. Straight up, smart, knows the market, and knows how to sell luxury homes. We listed with her to sell and buy and it was a great experience. The pictures and videos her team produced for the home we were selling were amazing. They had extended life as Anne and Insights were constantly posting to their huge social audience. Our home sold in 30 days. Which is hard in the $2M+ range. She made negotiating easy and got the contract signed over where I thought we would land. We then had a contract on the home we wanted in the Sanctuary at Lake Wheeler two days later for a great price. She also helped with arranging the closings so we could sell and then buy and move in the same day. Anne and her team market like none other- you dont want agents. You want agents who know how to market. Highly recommend.

Morgan was awesome and so easy to work with, she literally lead the way and we got a great price for our new home and closing was minimal paperwork. I would highly recommend Morgan for any of your real estate needs. You won't regret it! Yes she deserves 5 stars for all categories!

Morgan was so great to work with! She had a lot of knowledge of the area and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She also did a great job of advocating for us and made it so easy to see the homes we wanted to. We are so grateful to have had Morgan help us buy our first home!

I cant say enough great things about Insight Real Estate and Anne Godwin! Anne was absolutely outstanding to work with aEUR" incredibly helpful, professional, responsive, and genuinely a pleasure throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond at every step, making everything feel easy and stress-free. Her professionalism, knowledge, and kindness truly stood out, and I would highly recommend Anne and Insight Realty to anyone looking for exceptional service.

Two months ago Morgan helped me buy my first home in North Carolina! She helped me tremendously in making sure I was aware of all of the steps of the process, and especially the procedural details specific to the area. She was accommodating with showings, and gave super helpful, practical advice every step of the way. She even got me in for a showing a day early and helped me land my dream home! I would highly recommend working with Morgan!
