Jennice was very pleasant, professional and patient, as things progressed faster than expected making it a bit stressful at times. (In a good way, of course.) The lines of communication was always open, and she kept us in the loop every step of the way. She was able to offer additional referrals when needed for other services, and answer any concerns in a timely manner.
