Innovation Properties LLC

Ive had the pleasure of working with Devin Moore on multiple real estate transactions, both buying and selling properties, and I can confidently say he is one of the best in the business. Devin is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and truly advocates for his clients every step of the way. What stands out most is his negotiation skills and ability to navigate even challenging situations with confidence and calmness. He always made sure I understood the process, never rushed decisions, and consistently fought to get the best possible outcome for me. Real estate transactions can be stressful, but Devins communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail made every experience smooth and manageable. Its rare to find an agent who combines expertise with genuine care for his clients the way Devin does. I highly recommend Devin Moore and Innovation Properties, LLC to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. You will be in excellent hands.

Jon made our move from out of state incredibly smooth. He was patient, responsive, and easy to work with, and helped us use our VA loan to get into an awesome home!

Jon was incredibly patient throughout our relocation from out of state and took a no-nonsense approach that made the process much easier. He structured our VA loan deal so we were able to get into an awesome home with very little out of pocket, and we always felt like he had our back without ever putting pressure on us. He always put our best interests first over making the sale, and freely shared his extensive knowledge of the area and home buying experience with us. Highly recommend him.

As a lending partner, I have done countless transactions with Jon and I highly recommend him. He strips the fluff out of the transaction process. He writes clean contracts based on accurate market data and manages timelines professionally. Excellent resource for VA buyers
