Jose was easy to work with having my best interest in mine. His instincts were spot on, we closed with-in forty-five days. That was over the asking price I'm happy to say. Mr. Viramontes is Real Estate Professional.

Jose stood out with his personalized approach. He took the time to understand my preferences. Jose schedule appointments based on my busy schedule without a problem. He was there for me all through the home-buying process, and when I finally closed remotely, I may add, he helped with that as well. I cannot recommend Jose enough if you are looking for a great agent! You wont be disappointed.aEUR?

Working with Jose was truly a wonderful experience. He always made himself available to show homes whenever we asked, which made the process so much easier and less stressful. First time meeting him he provided us with a package explaining the entire process step by step which really set him apart and showed how experienced and knowledgeable he is. We also appreciated how respectful and considerate he was about our priorities (3 dog) and what we looked for in a home. That meant so much to us, since our dogs are a huge part of our family. Thanks to his guidance, we found the perfect home, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. I cant recommend Jose enoughaEUR"if youre looking for someone who truly listens and goes above and beyond, hes the one!

I have purchased and sold many homes over the years and Jose's expertise was fabulous. I interviewed 5 agents and and it was clear from the start he was the one. This was a unique sale and he created the "buzz" that got us $20K over asking price. Kept in touch thru all the process and his support staff was equally responsive.

Met Jose over the phone then i explained my situation to him about my probate case and how to go about on completing the sale of the house then I met him in person he's a very nice he explained to me the the best route to go to sale the house the house was on the market the same day that evening he started sending me the offers the house sold within two weeks I strongly recommend Jose for anyone needing information on a probate case or wanting to sale a house one hundred percent.
