My husband and I received orders to the Ft Worth area. We are both active duty with three small children. I was very concerned about our transition coming all the way from Hawaii. Eric contacted me after I requested some information on a home. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and reassured us that he would make this transition smooth for us. The rest is history! We purchased the home of our dreams and Eric made it possible. He was very responsive, always answering my questions and addressing my concerns. His expertise is second to none and got us the house we wanted at the price we wanted. Even months after closing, he still keeps in regular contact and has made us feel comfortable in the new town. We consider him apart of the family. Eric Daniels is not only an amazing real estate agent but a great family man. We highly recommend him.

Met Eric Daniels when he responded to an inquiry, I made for a house. After talking with him for a while, I felt that he was the best agent for us to utilize in our search for our new home in Texas. I came to Texas from California, during the summer, and met with Eric. We definitely meshed, and he really got to know what my wife and I were looking for. He started sending us listings, and we listed the ones we were interested in, and so we both came out in September,and went house shopping with Eric. We saw a lot of homes that were within our needs, and Eric knew exactly what we wanted and needed. To the point that he would point things out, that the house did not have. Once we found the house we really wanted, he went above and beyond to find out all the information he could, to make an informed offer. A couple weeks later, and the builder accepted our offer, and we now live our bit of heaven. There is no way it could have been done, without Eric Daniels. NO WAY!! I would never use anyone else, nor would I ever recommend anyone else, than Eric.

Following an aEURoeask for informationaEUR? on Zillow we received a quick call from Eric Daniels, looking back we are totally thankful that he started to assist us, without knowing we had just met a terrific realtor! We were moving from out of state and were planning a short trip to TX to investigate this little area with the great school district, Aledo. From the first phone call Eric installed trust, he immediately started to understand what our family needed and genuinely seemed interested in making this big move the right move! Before we flew in we started to receive relevant listings that met our needs, we worked with Eric to identify properties of interest and then when we flew in Eric met us, at a great local restaurant, shared with us our busy itinerary for the day and then chauffeured us round 6-8 listings. Along the way he continued to understand our needs, and showed us the different areas, the little details, local knowledge, understanding and insights Eric shared allowed us to make the big decision to move to Aldeo. From this one day we made a choice to purchase a lot of land. Eric provided a detailed assessment of the land value then supported us through the process of buying the lot. Every step of the way Eric was engaged, efficient, knowledgeable, open and honest. I have never written a review before but working with Eric was such an enjoyable experience, at such a stressful time, that I wanted to share.
