Indwell Realty

What a rockstar this woman is. Her communication and knowledge is top notch while also being supportive and informative. She knows the area of DFW very well and honed in on exactly what we wanted. I would 100% recommend using her because of her patience, empathy, and knowledge alone. There wasnt any point that I didnt feel she had our best interest in mind which was really important to me. Thanks for everything you did for us Toni!

We lucked onto Joey because we asked about a house we saw on Zillow. He was very friendly and we had a good conversation even though that house was no longer on the market. We were just starting the process of moving back to Texas from Florida. The mortgage company we chose offered a discount if we used their realtors on both sides of the process. We did use their realtor in Florida but we had already had numerous conversations with Joey and we felt that, even though it would cost us money, we liked him, trusted him and felt that he had earned our business. Joey did FaceTime tours with us. I made it to Texas for a week of looking without success with him and returned to Florida knowing I had made a friend who would also find me a home. Joey understood what we were looking for and worked diligently to find it - he did! We are home in Texas. Home buying is always a process. It can be fun and stressful. There are no words to describe how helpful it is to have a realtor like Joey by your side helping you navigate and complete the journey ! We feel so blessed to have found him!

Eric is just a stand up person to work with. Tireless in his efforts to ensure a smooth homebuying experience for us. Considering that it is an out-of-state purchase, we were assured by his professionalism and personal attention. We would highly recommend him to all out friends and future acquaintances! Thanks Eric!

Toni was very willing to help in any way she could. If we had a problem or question she was a phone call or text away. There were many times when a text turned into a phone call so she could explain the situation better. She walked us step by step through the process because it had been over 20 years since we have purchased a home, and a lot of things have changed! For instance when it came time to put a bid down on the home she took the time to explain our options, and give us examples, since we didn?t have to do that with the last purchased home. She gave us the tools which led us to our new home!
