Without a doubt, Bette Giesing is the best real estate agent in her field and I'm delighted to recommend her to anyone seeking a top-notch, skilled Real Estate professional. In order to adequately illustrate just how extraordinary her knowledge of all things pertaining to real estate is; I would like to explain how & why we first met Bette.In 2013, we were residing in a home that we had owned for a number of years and because of financial setbacks incurred through job losses, we were unable to maintain the house. Due to deferred maintenance, etc., the house needed a multitude of repairs (which we could not afford to do) and we owed much more on the property than it was worth. In short, we thought we were hopelessly stuck in an untenable situation.At the end of our rope with nothing left to lose, we called our banker, explained our situation and asked for advice. We were advised to speak with Bette Giesing concerning our situation. It was the best advice we have ever received. It was like throwing a life preserver to a drowning man. There arent enough superlatives in the English language to describe this remarkable person. Just picture this if you will; we were a family, sinking in hopelessness, on the verge of foreclosure, living in a house we disliked and yet could not afford to keep. We wanted out of our situation and we needed a fresh start. Within a year, Bette helped us accomplish the unimaginable. We found (and were able to purchase) a beautiful house within a more reasonable price range, and yet in good condition, spacious and attractive. We were able to sell our house as a short sale and, even though it sold for much less than we owed, at closing, Bette was able to get us money for moving & other expenses!! We were utterly amazed. And everything she does is 100% on the up & up and completely legal. We got our fresh start in a lovely home that our family is happy with. None of this ever would have happened without Bette. What a terrific person!!!!!
