Illustrated Properties

Be aware of rental property 247 River Park Drive in Jupiter,FL This landlord will keep some of your security deposit and make up a story as to why he is keeping it. He made up a story that two bar stools were ripped under our occupancy when they were like this when we arrived and we reported this to Andrea. She came over and physically saw this. Terrible experience at this property. The house is completely run down.

Andrea Fogerty was knowledgeable, on point and a pleasure to work with during our home purchase process. My husband and I relocated from New Jersey 18 months ago and Andrea showed us many different areas and types of homes. She was patient as we went through this journey, and found us our original rental. We loved this unit so much that she helped us find and purchase a bigger townhome across the street in the same community. We highly recommend Andrea for your real estate needs.

I highly recommend Andrea for her exceptional skills as a real estate agent. Her deep knowledge of the geographical area made a big difference throughout the process. She provided valuable insights on the local market and neighborhood trends, which gave me confidence in making informed decisions. Andrea was always prompt and responsive, ensuring that no question or concern went unanswered. She was consistently reliable, making the entire experience much smoother. One of the qualities I appreciated most was Andrea's honesty and integrity. She genuinely prioritized my best interests at every step. There was a moment where I felt ready to move on from the deal, but Andrea reassured me with her expertise and encouraged me to stay the course. Trusting her was the best decision I could have made, she worked tirelessly to make the deal happen, and the results exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for a dedicated and trustworthy real estate agent, Andrea is an excellent choice.

We had a very positive home buying experience working with Andrea. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the real estate market in the Palm Beach County area. Andreas customer service was top notch. She was very responsive in her follow up and overall customer service. As out of town home buyers, she did a great job in helping us to find the right home. We highly recommend Andrea and would use her again for future home buying needs.

I had a great experience with Andrea and buying my first home!! She has helped my family with multiple transactions and we always recommend her to others.
