Ikonik Realty

Ryan was professional and personal which is a great combination for purchasing a property. He helped with every aspect in a very timely manner. We would definitely use him again for our real estate needs.

Lorin did a great job. Gave me quick, honest and fair feedback. Was proactive on issues. Lorin was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. She always guided me and made the process easy. I would strongly recommend her and I would turn to her first if I was doing Real Estate again.

Ryan was knowledgeable and bent over backwards to help me find the perfect new home. He was very patient and stuck with me until the right property became available. Closing was a breeze with his help. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!

It took us two years my wife to buy our favorite home in Carmel Valley California and Lorin Kuschill is responsible for that. Her patience, integrity, professionalism, knowledge, and honesty, finally paid off. Thank you Lorraine we will hire you again in a heartbeat.

Kristen helped us find and purchase our home on Lower Trail. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the Carmel area, as a long-time resident. Our thinking was somewhat limited when we first started looking on Monterey, Pacific Grove, and she instantly got a sense of what we were looking for, and found the perfect home. Kristen ensured that the purchasing process went smoothly. Highly recommend!
