Contacted bryan to find a house for us. He had texted a few times but took forever to hear back from. I ended up having to call him more than once. He kept promising he would find a house that fit our needs. He sent only one email over time. Which took weeks to receive. The houses were waaayyy over budget and not meeting our needs at all. Not to mention not even in any of the locations we were looking in. I had contacted him again and reviewed our needs with him. He kept telling me that everything I was telling him he was writing down. After about the third phone conversation, I never heard from him again. I do not recommend this team, company, or whatever name they want to give it depending on the day. Dont waste your time cause these guys dont know what they are doing. We found exactly what we needed with a different realtor and we close today.
