Idaho Rocky Mountain Real Estate

Rene is an amazing Realtor. She listened to our needs and ended up showing us several properties before we settled on one we liked. After making the offer Rene walked us through each step towards closing, answering all of our questions (sometimes more than once) and made us feel very comfortable about the whole process. Rene made sure the Title company was on track for our closing when everyone was ready to close early. When an inspection issue arose she helped us navigate an addendum with the seller that worked for everyone involved. If you are looking for a Realtor, you cant go wrong asking Rene to represent you! Thanks again!!!

I highly recommend Rene! Theyve been a longtime friend and have helped me with multiple properties over the years. Most recently, they sold my home and, as always, were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and on top of every detail. I always know I'm in good hands and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great real estate agent!

Rene is a realtor rock star! She went the extra mile when selling our home in every way and she moves so fast and sells homes fast. She is smart, savvy, honest, and works so hard for you. I dont know how she found these buyers but they were coming out of nowhere (local and from out of state) during a time when the market was slow and we sold our house quickly! We definitely made the right choice with Rene.

I cannot recommend Rene Evans highly enough! She was an absolute dream to work with during the purchase of my new house. Rene is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly had my best interests at heart from day one. She guided me through every single step of the home-buying process, answering all of my questions and making a complex process feel so seamless and manageable. If you are looking for a dedicated professional to help you find your home, Rene is the one!

Rene was amazing to work with in buying our first home. She was knowledgeable, personable, responsive, and worked around the clock to help us through the process, from our first meeting to negotiations to after closing. We would highly recommend Rene as a realtor in this area and will absolutely use her again in the future.
