10 Stars out of 5 !! We planned to travel to Grand Rapids from the Detroit area to help our daughter buy a condo and read extremely positive reviews regarding Darrell. Based on additional research, we placed a call into Darrell and arranged to see several condos within the coming days. We immediately hit it off as he took all of our wants/needs into consideration and landed on one to potentially buy. He gave outstanding advice on an initial offer through his analysis and ended up with an awesome condo with a great view in River House. After the closing, he went above and beyond by responding to our request of providing potential contractors and vendors in the area that could assist with improvements prior to moving in. The overall experience culminated in us mutually wanting to connect when we are in the Grand Rapids area in the future.

Eric was incredible as we navigated the entire real estate process. We were selling a house for the first time, as well as buying a new construction house. He explained everything in detail for the processes and made sure to answer any questions we had. When we needed answers from other people, he made sure to track them down or follow up so we could get the information we needed. He was incredible at listening to our needs and making sure we got what we wanted/needed out of both the buying and selling process. We would recommend him a million times over!

My wife and I have used Darrell and his team everytime we have purchased/sold a house. Everyone has been great, easy to work with and very accommodating to what we need. We have sold 2 houses, and bought 3 and everytime Darell and his team came through and made the deals happen with ease! 10/10 would recommend anyone on his team!

He was easy to work with and reliable. He was able to accommodate my requests even on short notice. The search for the perfect house took longer than I had expected, but he was able to help me through it all.

We were working with Susan to find a cottage and decided to throw her a curve ball in the middle of "hunting" and asked her to sell some property we owned. She found the perfect new buyers and it sold in approximately 2 weeks!
