Shirley helped me with both buying my new home and selling my existing one, and I could not have asked for a better experience. On the buying side, she was patient, responsive, and level headed. She never pressured me, never rushed decisions, and always gave straightforward advice that helped me stay focused on what actually mattered. When questions came up, she explained things clearly and in a way that made sense. On the selling side, Shirley was excellent. She moved quickly, stayed on top of every detail, and communicated consistently. Once the house went under contract, everything progressed fast, and she made sure I always knew what was happening and what to expect next. The timeline became very aggressive, and she handled it calmly and professionally throughout. What stood out most was her reliability. When she said she would follow up, she did. When something changed, I heard about it right away. I always felt like my transaction mattered to her. Buying and selling at the same time can be stressful, but Shirley kept everything organized, realistic, and moving forward. I would absolutely work with her again and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and dependable agent.
