We highly recommend Michelle to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. As first-time home sellers, having someone so knowledgeable and experienced to guide us through the process was absolutely invaluable. She was always available to answer our hundreds of questions ,explain our options, and provide clear guidance every step of the way. Her communication was excellent, she responded quickly, kept us informed throughout the process, and made sure we always knew what to expect. She helped make what could have been a stressful experience for us, feel much more manageable and gave us confidence throughout the entire sale. Michelle was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend working with her!!!

Michelle Sims is a real estate all-star. We live in Chicago and I thought selling a property out of state in Orlando would be difficult. Michelle helped secure a handyman, found us a plumber, got us a carpet cleaner, staged the house for the open house and identified a charity that cleared out the remaining contents of the house. Michelle made a difficult situation seem easy and stress-free. MichelleaEUR" Thank you for being awesome!

We recently closed on a house with Wilkins Way. We were very impressed with the team collaboration, more specifically agent Michelle Sims and Ashley Clingman. Michelle has helped us buy/sell 4 houses in the past and is always a pleasure to do business with. We highly recommend Michelle Sims and Wilkins Way.

I've known Michelle for over a decade. She represented me in two sales in Orlando. She is extremely knowledgeable of the Orlando area and the process of buying homes. Born and raised in Florida, she has built many relationships with lenders, agents, and contractors. These contacts and relationships help her clients with all their needs. She is a competent agent with a strong work ethic and always makes her clients a priority. I highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.

We felt like our realtor Michelle really worked to get us the best out of the process. She is very pleasant to work with and helpful anticipating other services we might need and making useful recommendations when asked.
