We highly recommend Patricia to sell your home. She is professional, honest, and always got back to us quickly. She gave us some great ideas and insights to sell our house and within 3 months sold our home.

We recently worked with Patricia to find a home in Eaglebrooke. She was responsive and deeply knowledgeable about the local market, and she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth from start to finish. Her professionalism and integrity were evident throughout, and since we were coordinating a long-distance move, she was especially helpful in walking us through every detail aEUR" even helping us close remotely via online notarization without a hitch. We highly recommend Patricia to anyone buying a home in the Lakeland area.
