Huntington and Ellis Real Estate

Nick was excellent to work with on a home sale. He communicated effectively and promptly, provided great advice as it pertained to pricing and negotiations, and was able to assist with closing a month earlier than originally anticipated. Further, the closing was extremely smooth and Nick assisted from start to finish. A great experience!

Working with Nick was truly a wonderful experience. As a family friend, we already knew what a kind and trustworthy person he is, but seeing him in action as our realtor made us appreciate him even more. Buying our first home was a huge milestone for our family, and he guided us through every step with patience, knowledge, and genuine care. Nick always took the time to answer our many questions, explain the process, and make us feel confident in our decisions. We never felt like aEURoejust another clientaEUR? we felt like he was genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Thanks to Nicks dedication and support, what could have been a stressful experience became an exciting and memorable one. We are so grateful for everything he did to help us buy our first home and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor who truly CARES about their clients.

Nick did an outstanding job helping us to sell our home in Vegas. He was available to answer questions or keep us updated throughout the entire process. When we went out of town, Nick came over before and/or after other realtor showings to open/close the house for us and make sure everything was locked up.

Nick was very professional in all regards! We are extremely grateful to have him sell us our new home ! Nick explained the city, and neighborhoods at great lengths so we felt extremely comfortable with our selection! It was easy from start to closing ! Plus, hes just a cool guy, we appreciate Nick, and are very happy !!!

Dan was amazing. There was even a discrepancy with the contract and he offered to cover the difference, immediately without hesitation. Hes a true honest businessman, and will do what is necessary to take care of his clients.
