Spencer hooked it up and had our backs during the whole process. We had a difficult schedule to plan around, and he was always willing to be flexible to accommodate us all while making us feel genuinely at ease with the situation. Even when we were bringing along a screaming child. He navigated us through a myriad of neighborhoods where he demonstrated encyclopedic knowledge of neighborhoods and builders. He helped us find a house that resonated with us and was our ace in the hole as we closed. Negotiations were tough but my wife and I consistently told each other aEUR~leave it to Spencer, hes done this before and it showed. He was amazing to have in our corner, negotiated hard, very responsive in communications, and anticipated our requests (he would get quotes for potential fixes before we even asked for them so we could properly weigh our counters). I cannot recommend Spencer highly enough.
