I found Trina very professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite. It was through her guidance I was able to find my dream home. I am grateful for her service and would call on her again without pause. She was able to find several homes for me to see all of which were within my preferences that I had communicated with her. With so many choices she was able to help me weigh the pros and cons of each property that helped me reach my final decision. As the process went forward the discussion of an asking price was reviewed with Trina considering previous properties sold in the area and how much I was budgeted for. She offered extended service through the realtor agency which really eased some stressors of the moving process. Once financing steps had started and then finding legal services she was very hands on with helping me navigate through it. She kept communication open and let me know when everything was proceeding to the next step. I chose to go through inspection and she was right there if she didnt have answers she called to find who knew the answers. When the final walk through occurred once again she was there answering questions and finding answers when she did not know.
