Kathryn "Trina" Schiavitti

Born and Raised in WNY

My name is Kathryn Schiavitti but everyone calls me Trina. I take great pride in helping my buyers and sellers, many of which I now call friends, and I am honored when someone calls to ask me to help them buy or sell their home. As a result, I also take a great deal of personal responsibility in my role as their real estate agent. I make sure to do all I can to help them achieve their goals while working within the timeframe and financial windows in which they are comfortable. I feel that we don't have an attitude, we generate one. I choose to be positive and energetic, and I incorporate that into my day-to-day life and work. A real estate transaction can be daunting but with my experience and the support of one of the strongest Brokerages in Western New York, HUNT Real Estate, we'll all work together as a team until we cross the finish line. Whether you are in the market to buy or sell a home now or you're just testing the waters, please consider me your real estate resource. If you'd like to receive quarterly neighborhood sales updates, just let me know. If you'd like an automated email for new listings or a bank-owned property search from the WNY MLS, I can help. If you have a real estate question, feel free to reach out to me. I don't have all the answers but I'm happy to seek out the ones that escape me. I am proud to serve the real estate needs of our community.
