Wow! Carla is a true professional. She has the personality and tenacity to be tops at anything, and she is tops as a real estate agent. You can really tell she is doing what she loves. She is passionate about doing right by her clients, not just closing a deal. Carla knows the local area and market. She helped us list and sell our home fast while navigating multiple offers. Her entire goal was to make sure we were comfortable with the process and price. When life threw us a curveball, Carla stepped in and assisted us with finding our forever home. She helped us be patient, always gave us the time we needed, responded quickly to every text, phone call or email and made us feel like we were her only client. She was open and honest and truly had our backs as both sellers and buyers. We had a LOT of showings as sellers and Carla went above and beyond, making sure our house was checked on after showings while we were out of town. As a buyer she would take us to any home we needed to see as many times as we needed until we were sure we found the right one! If you are looking for an agent that you can completely trust in the WNY area, Carla is in a class all by herself! I'm not one to normally write reviews, but I feel like I would be doing Carla and any potential clients a disservice by not writing one!
