ZillowVERIFIEDI found Carla by looking at reviews so I thought I should leave one so someone else can find her as well. Carla is the best realtor I have worked with, she was incredibly knowledgeable always available and made the selling/buying process as easy as possible. I will be recommending her to anyone that needs a fantastic realtor that will get the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED When my fiance and I were searching for our first home we reached out to Carla. She did an amazing job helping us through the process and made it so much easier than it sounded. She knew exactly what we were looking for and helped us get our dream home for less than asking price. If your looking for a professional who is on top of things, knows a lot about the area and negotiation she is the best you will find!

ZillowVERIFIED Everything youd want in a realtor and more!!! Carla is an expert professional in her field and made our home buying process a walk in the park. She explained everything to a T, especially for us as first time home buyers. She is extremely attentive, pays close attention to detail and gave us nothing but great guidance and recommendations throughout the process. Would never buy or sell a home without her.

ZillowVERIFIED Carla is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She keeps in near-constant communication with you, letting you know what comes next in the process (which, for first time homebuyers like us, was valuable beyond measure), and helping make good decisions for bids to remain competitive but also to protect our best interests. She was patient when we sent her multiple listings at once, and quick to set up showings for us. We will work with Carla for any purchases or sales in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Wow! Carla is a true professional. She has the personality and tenacity to be tops at anything, and she is tops as a real estate agent. You can really tell she is doing what she loves. She is passionate about doing right by her clients, not just closing a deal. Carla knows the local area and market. She helped us list and sell our home fast while navigating multiple offers. Her entire goal was to make sure we were comfortable with the process and price. When life threw us a curveball, Carla stepped in and assisted us with finding our forever home. She helped us be patient, always gave us the time we needed, responded quickly to every text, phone call or email and made us feel like we were her only client. She was open and honest and truly had our backs as both sellers and buyers. We had a LOT of showings as sellers and Carla went above and beyond, making sure our house was checked on after showings while we were out of town. As a buyer she would take us to any home we needed to see as many times as we needed until we were sure we found the right one! If you are looking for an agent that you can completely trust in the WNY area, Carla is in a class all by herself! I'm not one to normally write reviews, but I feel like I would be doing Carla and any potential clients a disservice by not writing one! This was not our first real estate transaction, but Carla made it the best!

ZillowVERIFIED As a corporate professional, I work with many professionals on a daily basis and the Expertise, Responsiveness, Knowledge, Negotiation Skills and Overall Service that Carla Patterson provided my husband and I during the sale of our home and purchase of another, was of the highest caliber all around. Every interaction, transaction and communication was efficient, precise and the entire process was executed like a well oiled machine and far exceeded our expectations. Carla is undoubtedly a Master in her field and refuses to accept anything less than the very best for her customers and I am so thankful she lead the way on our journey. Every real estate sale or purchase we make will be with Carla!

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Carla three times and we HIGHLY recommend her! She helped us get a great deal on a rental property back in 2017. We just used her two more times to sell two properties of ours. Her hard work really made the experience a great one! She is extremely knowledgable, honest and will go out of her way for her clients. Anyone who chooses her for their real estate needs will be greatly pleased with her work!

ZillowVERIFIED Carla exceed our expectations throughout the entire process! She SOLD our home for more than we ever thought possible AND it sold within 3 days of it being listed! Carla was quick to respond to our calls, emails and messages. She answered every question we had and kept us in aEURoethe loopaEUR? the entire time! As for when we were searching for our forever home, she searched day and night to find the perfect home. She was quick to schedule and confirm appointments whenever we wanted to view a house. We took our time when we looked at a house and she never seemed to rush us or make us feel obligated in any way. She always had great questions to ask the sellers realtor (questions I honestly would probably never have thought to ask) When it came time to place an offer, Carla was amazing! Let me start by staying this, Carla has excellent negotiation skills and she is very knowledgeable when it comes to the market and the value of homes listed. She negotiated the cost of our new home with the sellers realtor and I can honestly say that I was SHOCKED when she told me and my husband how much she got the price down to. We agreed on the price and as the process continued, she had the opportunity to negotiated the price down even more! We honestly could not have been happier with any other realtor and would absolutely recommend Carla to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

ZillowVERIFIED I was very pleased to have Carla represent us on our recent home sale. She listened to our desires, answered our questions quickly and honestly, and explained what she could and could not do. She was very encouraging yet realistic; positive without trying to sell us "pipe dreams". Carla had several suggestions for us so the house would look it's best, and procedures we could start right away to help minimize the overall time to sell. As an older couple many years removed from home sales we surprised at the time frame she said might be possible, but trusted that she knew her job. Carla's skill and knowledge of market conditions were invaluable in getting our home sold in a very timely manner. Perhaps her best suggestion was the showing "blitz" which resulted in 30 showings in 9 days. Combined with having all offers presented in a single meeting with her allowed us to compare them side by side with no outside pressure to favor one over another. This allowed us to chose the offer which best suited our needs nd desires. We were very happy to have Carla represent us, and would give her the highest possible recommendation. She made what could have been a very stressful situation into one that was, if not totally stress free, certainly very pleasant. I feel Carla would be a great advantage to anyone selling their hoe.

ZillowVERIFIED My fiancA(C) and I were first time home buyers and purchased our home in April 2019. We took a recommendation from a coworker who previously worked with Carla on several occasions of buying and selling his houses, and we are so happy we did! Carla told us from the very beginning she likes to think of her clients more as friends. Thats exactly how we felt within 5 minutes of meeting her. She is so caring and passionate about what she does. She listens to everything you say you want in a home, and doesnt steer you in one direction or another. She would work around the clock for us with my fiancA(C) and I on different schedules. She had about a 40+ minute commute from her home to the area we were looking to buy, and never complained or put time restrictions on when shed travel out to show us homes. This was all during the winter months too! She walked us through every step of the process, gave us a lot of insight from personal experience and years in the business. She didnt try to push us into anything, but rather listened to what we wanted, had a lot of patience with us, and found us our perfect home! Ive heard so many horror stories about buying a house that we waited so long before taking the leap. Honestly, working with Carla, the process was so smooth. She contacted everyone we needed to get in touch with, recommended a great lawyer for closing, and appraiser. She was always checking in and ensuring we werent forgotten about. I cannot thank Carla enough for all she does! She is so wonderful to work with, great at what she does, but most importantly is such a kind-hearted person. Some realtors at open houses I encountered before reaching out to Carla were so cold and seemed to care less if you found a home. Carla shared in our excitement, and wanted to ensure we were happy! Thank you so much for everything Carla!!
Itpog I.

ZillowVERIFIED From our initial meeting, through the final sale, Carla impressed our family. She was sincere, dedicated, personable and motivated on our behalf. She has serious buyers through our house the evening we signed with her. Carla also personally worked on the exterior landscaping (on a rainy day) to improve the initial house impression. These touches are the reason I would highly recommend her to friends and family. Thank you for everything!!

ZillowVERIFIED As a young couple buying a home, we knew very little about buying a home. We contacted Carla because she was the listing agent on a house we were interested in and knew instantly we wanted to continue working with her. She was very knowledgeable, pointing out both pros and cons to each house which gave you a very real view on what to expect should you end up with that home. Working with Carla was like working with a friend, we felt both comfortable and we'll represented. Carla was always available to help whenever we needed her and worked around our busy schedules. It was a pleasure working with her and should we ever need an agent again she would be the only one we would contact. I could not have asked for a better agent to work with and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent!

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Carla to anyone without hesitation. Her professionalism and kindness, honesty and knowledge really made her shine. I knew nothing about purchasing a home, she guided me in every way possible and made sure each step was explained and understood. She was a constant support and always went out of her way to check in. Every time I reached out to her the response was immediate. Her caring nature and soft demeanor was appreciated by not only me but my family (as they all tagged along for showings). She truly made me feel like I was the only client she was taking on at the time and worked around what worked best for me. When questions about the individual properties needed to be answered Carla was on top of getting the answers, if she didnt already know them. Carla wasnt looking for a sale, in fact I feel like a got a friend out of process. Carla helped me purchase my first home and more importantly my dream home. I couldnt thank her enough for doing all that she had done for me. Thank you, Carla.

ZillowVERIFIED Carla is awesome! She worked with me for almost a year to find my house and never slowed down her efforts to find the right one. When my house came up, it looked as though the seller might pull it from the market, but Carla got in contact with her and made my dream of home ownership come true. She helped with my mortgage company, with my closing, everything! I couldn't recommend her higher - she is the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Carla is the best Realtor that I have ever worked with! She truly works for you and wants the best home for you and your family. She is very professional, honest and responds to any questions or concerns within 1/2 hour at most. Carla is most concerned with her client's happiness - she isn't there to make a quick sale. I was very impressed with how organized she is - before we went to see a house she large amounts of research on that specific house and property so we were as informed as possible. She truly loves what she does and that passion shows in what she does. I have already recommended her to family and friends.

Carla is without a doubt the best agent I have ever dealt with, She is 100% professional, knowlegable of the market, responsive to the clients needs and she is not high pressure. Carla wants you to have the home you want, not one that she is trying to unload. Carla sold our existing home and found us a new residence.I would reccommend her to anyone I know. The legal end of our transactions were handled by the law offices of Randy H. Gugino. They too did an excellent job for us.
