Renting from Plank Road Rentals for 2 years everything was great; however things change when I decided to move. I moved out of the property 2 months ago and have yet to receive my security deposit back. I sent countless messages to the Property manager (Layne) and now she is unresponsive. I will be filing a claim in small claims court next week.

Layne was a great help to my wife and I for finding a home. From the very beginning she listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect home very quickly. Working with her made the process of buying a home relatively easy and she acted as a great representative of the interests of me and my wife.

Layne helped us find our home on a very short notice she took care of all the necessary paperwork and she helped make it a stress-free experience. Layne is a very dedicated realtor and she went above and beyond to ensure we found a place we could call home.

I just recently purchased my new home with Layne, who always had my best interest at heart. She is what we call a go getter. If I needed anything from her she was always available and eager to get it. Layne was actually the one who found my new home. We were on our way to view a different home that I had seen for sale. Not knowing that people were residing in it and wouldn't make the time for us to see it. Layne suggested looking at another home she just saw listing for. We actually had to use flashlights to view at first. My husband immediatly fell in love with it even in the dark. We went back during day time and we still loved it. The selling agent was not very nice to her but she took it all in stride just so that we could get the home we love. If you need an agent who will completely devote all her time Layne is the one you need to contact.
