Michael was the third realtor that I interviewed to sell my late fathers house. My father was an architect and engineer, and had designed the house, which was the home in which I grew up. As I showed Michael the house I began to realize that there was something different about him. His questions and comments revealed considerable attention to detail and also knowledge of materials and construction. More importantly, he listened very closely to the story of my father and the house, and therefore could relate to what I was going through on a personal level, and also understand what I wanted for the propertys future. Choosing Michael was the best decision I could have made. His marketing strategy was excellent - he hired a home staging consultant who provided many useful recommendations, and a professional photographer who came up with beautiful pictures, and had all of us prepare for a single open house. The open house must have attracted a record attendance for western New York, and generated multiple offers, all but one of which were above asking price. Needless to say, the entire experience and the final sale exceeded my expectations.

Michael Burke s approach to selling my house was unlike other brokers I had interviewed. He provided great advice, information and resources that helped me sell my home quickly and above the list price. He provided contractors that did solid work and were trustworthy. We worked in collaboration on what should be done to show the home in the best possible way. He has an eye for detail and knows what buyers are looking for in homes in my price range. He made himself accessible and always answered my questions and concerns in a thoughtful, honest manner. He was present and attentive at every open house and showing. His social media launch for my house was great! The pictures and the brochure were first rate! He was also a strong negotiator.
