She is very thorough in her analysis of each home we had seen, potential price point we should make the offer for, issues to look for based on type of construction and materials used, potential expenses we may incur after buying, etc. she had shown us so many homes over 2 years and never pressured us at all - she always wanted us to buy a home that we feel ?home?, to our liking and never deviated from that policy of hers. Very prompt in responses, always available to answer questions. And best part is her service after closing to help us settle down in the home very comfortably.
