Humboldt Trinity Real Estate

Joyce was very supportive to me throughout the buying process. This was my first home purchase and Joyce guided me cheerfully and professionally through the entire process. She made the effort to help me clarify what I really wanted and we viewed quite a number of potential homes until we finally found the right one. Then she was there every step of the way during the entire escrow process, smoothing the path and making sure each step was done correctly. Joyce was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her as a realtor.

We recently worked with Joyce Benton as a real estate agent. She was very responsive helpful a constant professional. Our house was listed and sold within a week. Joyce is very trustworthy and we will definitely use her in the future and highly recommend her. Greg and Kathy McKenzie

Joyce helped me find the right place at the right price. She understood what I wanted and got to it right away. She is a no nonsense get her done right type of person that I definitely recommend.

Joyce is an amazing realtor. She is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond when it comes to buying and selling a home. She not only took care of our real estate needs, but set us up with local contractors to help with additions and work that needed to be done. I know consider her not only our realtor, but our friend.

Joyce knows the area, the neighborhoods, and her clientele. We sold our house within one day...she brought us buyers she knew would appreciate our property and helped us find a good selling price.
