Kelly helped me buy back my childhood home that we had lost 20 years ago due to foreclosure. I literally could not have done it without him, since he knew my goals and specifically kept an eye out for when this house would come back on the market again. Once it did, he alerted me immediately, which allowed me to be the first offer. Then, he worked closely with me on a nonstandard cash purchase that required several things to go perfectly in order for it to work; he was flexible and patient throughout the process, which allowed all of us to successfully close in record time. While the seller changed the original price due to the sheer number of offers they were getting, Kelly kept me at the forefront as the first and best offer top buyer, allowing me to quickly beat all the competition and still get a great deal on the house. Finally, even after the purchase was complete and he had his commission, he still provided fantastic service in helping me transition the home into renovation and rental and linking me up with professional companies and contractors. 10/10 Highly Recommend.
