His patience, persistence, and candor were immeasurably helpful. But what set Chris apart is his ability to build relationships and work hard behind the scenes to make everything seem aEURoeeasyaEUR? for the home buyer. We were able to close the perfect home and can say with full confidence it would not have happened without Chris. He was the first agent to see the home when it went on the market (virtual tour for us from 350 miles away), got us the first in-person appointment before the open house (including lining up an inspector with less than 24 hours notice while we traveled to see the home), gave us the aEURoereal estate 101aEUR? crashcourse, connected us with an attorney, and helped to negotiate the deal in a way to get our offer accepted in this market. We cannot recommend him more highly as a buyers agent. We also got to see Chris in action as the sellers agent when we stopped by another home he was listing. We had the BEST home buying experience with Chris. He is knowledgeable, professional, and really fun to work with. From the moment we met Chris we knew he was the Realtor for us, he is honest, kind, salt of earth type of person that does not come along every day. But that does not mean he will not fight for you either. He is great at negotiating. We ended up in a bidding war, with Chris guidance we were lucky and our offer was accepted on the first home we bid on.His style is just what we were looking for. We were first time home buyers and were looking for someone who would not only point out the highlights of a home but also the features that are not so great. I think this is a very rare quality and one of my favorites. We went left each home being able to see the pros and cons very clearly. I never felt like Chris was trying to sell us a home, but rather a friend joining us in our home buying process.
