Huff Realty

For a few years Tyler knew my wife were looking for a particular style of house. One came up and Tyler thought of us. He contacted us immediately and told us about it. We looked at it and made an offer. Within a week we made the offer on the new house, Tyler listed our house and within a few days Tyler sold our place. The whole transaction was quick and completed with professionalism

Tyler was fantastic to work with! I chose him as recommended by the probate lawyer and I was not disappointed. He is VERY knowledgeable and has a great disposition. If I ever need to recommend a realtor or need one again, he will be the first one I will recommend/call.Much THANKS!

Tyler Minges and his amazing team are utmost professionals, highly personable, well networked, fully resourced, and above all hard-working (no grass grew under their feet!). We interviewed several Cincinnati area top-notch luxury real estate teams - and after talking with some of Tylers previous clients, decided that they were the best. His team knows how to vet potential buyers to flush out the curious nellies and most importantly the scammers in their viewings. As a result, we accepted a cash offer within 2 weeks of listing and closed 3 weeks later to the contentment of all parties. We would highly recommend Tyler Minges & his Huff Team to our closest family and friends - and that says it all! ??

Tyler was very professional and great to work with! He responded quickly to all of the questions we had and was very helpful throughout our home searching process. I highly recommend using him to anyone beginning their home search journey!
