Hubbs Realty Co

Hubbs? Realty is the BEST! I can honestly say that Brett goes above and beyond for his clients! He takes great care to put that personal touch on many of his interactions with clients. His family harvest party at Montrose Orchards was a reflection of the time and care he takes to stand out from the crowd of other realtor options, and its events like these that make a client feel like family. He is knowledgeable in his job and a valuable resource to help guide a seller to success

Brett is such a nice guy and was very helpful when I bought my first home. He was very accommodating when I was only in town for 1 day due to living out of state. Very knowledge about all the areas we looked in. I appreciated him giving me his honest opinion about everything! He was present at every event through out the closing and always there if I had any questions or needed anything. Brett made buying my first home a seamless process. I would highly recommend using Brett!

Brett did an exceptional job selling our vacant land for us! He was very knowledgeable of the area, and comparable, giving us a great starting point with our listing. He personally went out and mowed it at times to make sure then sign was visible. He did a wonderful job keeping us informed during all offers, and throughout the sale process. We would definitely recommend him to anyone, and work with him again in the future if the need arises.

Estate Sale. Brett was fantastic. This was an extremely emotional time for us, as our dad had passed away and we were selling his home. There were so many steps when it came to the estate, but Brett was very helpful with his guidance, and patient when multiple curve balls were thrown our way. He had helped my brother with a home sale and land purchase in the past, and we will certainly refer him again. He made an extremely bittersweet process a little less painful.

Brett went above and beyond to help me buy my first home. He was knowledgeable, kind, and honest. I had a lot of questions and he was always quick to respond, no matter what time it was. Brett made the whole process extremely smooth and quick. If you're looking for a realtor, Brett is your guy!
