Howard Hanna Allen Tate Realtors

I would like to start this review with Tracie had a hard task. She had to sell our home so we can purchase our dream home but finding our dream home was luck. All the parts had to work just right but I have to commend Tracie told us how it was going to happen and it did just like it should. We sold and bought less than 30 days but we couldnt of done that without Tracie. She stayed on top of everything and was always reachable and went above and beyond. There is no one else I would recommend!!!

I was very pleased with Tracie and she was so very helpful and professional during my process of buying my home. I would recommend her to any of my friends and family. She is definitely the best in her profession.

It was a pleasure to work with Tracie on the purchase of our house! She was able to help us stay in the area we wanted and took care of everything for us. All we had to do was show up at closing to sign the papers! Will definitely do business with her again!

Tracie is a very professional and courteous agent. My wife and I sure appreciated the fact that she was not a pushy realtor. In other words she has showed us numerous properties and never did she once get upset if we declined one or pushed us into a decision just to make a sale. Her response to a showing or anything else is very prompt. If anyone is looking for an non pressure realtor and an honest one please contact this nice lady.
