Howard Hanna

It was great working with Holli. She was able to provide valuable insights into all aspects of the home buying process. She went above and beyond in making herself available to answer questions and was willing to provide honest feedback on houses. Her knowledge of the current state of the housing market was invaluable in getting to close.

Kevin assisted my company with the purchase and sale of over 20 investment properties. His knowledge of the area, along with his negotiating skills and professionalism, proved to be invaluable. I highly recommend Kevin and look forward to working with him in the future.

Kevin was introduced to me through a mutual friend, when I knew I was interested in buying a house. I am very thankful for the connection. My first contact with Kevin was 11/17/22 and I closed on my new home a little over a month later. He was phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better realtor to help me through this process. Kevin gave me great advice throughout. The whole thing was effortless on my part, that is how I know he was doing his part very effectively. Kevin was always available to answer any questions I had and kept me updated along the way. I would recommend Kevin to anyone who is looking to buy a new house.

Kevin did an outstanding job with helping me purchase my 1st home. Communication was great. Definitely recommend him on helping purchase your new home.

I have worked with Kevin since 2018 and its been a pleasure every time.Kevins knowledge of the area shows when you choose to work with him, his ability to remember streets and communities is fantastic.
