Howard Hanna - Strongsville

Alka was responsive and easy to reach. She helped me navigate the complexities of purchasing a condo which involved gathering many pieces of financial and fiduciary documents from the HOA and building management company. She was very kind and attentive to our needs to purchase an out-of-state property. We couldnt have asked for more - and we asked a lot - from Alka. Thank you very much, Alka for your dedication to our condo search and purchase.

Buying a home? Alka can help you find the right property, navigate offers and negotiations, and guide you through the process from your home search to closing.

Working with Alka was a disappointing experience. As a junior agent, I initially hoped her lack of experience would be offset by strong drive and initiative, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Communication was minimal, and after multiple days of waiting and follow-ups, she was unable to show any properties. When I expressed my frustration regarding the delays and lack of progress, her response focused on excuses rather than accountability. For anyone looking for an effective, efficient, and competent realtor, I cannot recommend her services.
