Romy was extremely helpful in our recent purchase. She understood exactly what our priorities were in negotiating the presently very challenging market and guided us through the entire process. We would strongly suggest, buying or selling, that you work with Romy.

Romy is a seasoned professional whose knowledge of the community is unmatched. She gave us just the right advice on setting the price, staged our home beautifully (which made the difference in moving it), and then managed the closing flawlessly. More important, we loved working with her. Romy is great at reading people and is super easy to connect to, which is especially important given the stresses that come with selling a beloved home. She's kind, steady, and just a delightful person. She's one of the folks who made us sad to have to move! I could not more highly recommend her.

Romy was both excellent and professional. I most appreciated that she focused on finding the house we were looking for.... not just flooding my emails with any new arrival on the market like most real estate agents. I would definitely work with her again.

Romy was very attentive to our needs and proceeded with great professionalism. Romy was very sensitive to the situation and proceeded with great compassion.

Romey is a terrific agent, and worked above and beyond the call. In a real estate season like, no other, she worked tirelessly on our behalf. She has a deep working knowledge of Skaneateles, a keen sense of the market, and is a great judge of property and of people.
