Danielle recently helped us with a sale of our condo in Pittsburgh. This was the second time we worked with her, and in both cases, we were VERY pleased! Since the condo is in Pittsburgh, and we live out of state, we were unable to be on site and were unable to meet face-to-face with regularity, including closing. Danielle was on top of every detail and worked as our eyes, ears, and hands on deck in "the Burgh," She coordinated the closing, followed up with vendors who were making repairs, and supervised the transaction completely. We LOVE working with her. Responses to texts and calls were ALWAYS prompt, and she always had the answers to our questions.
