I cannot rate Debbie Woolard high enough! She was our seller's agent in both 2015 and 2021. Our first sale with her in '15 sold within two weeks, in a not-so-hot market. Our current home just sold in February in 2 DAYS! With multiple offers over asking price. Debbie is an ultimate pro in every way. She understands the real estate business inside and out, and she does an excellent job of explaining the processes and making sure you feel comfortable. She is also dead-on with pricing a home to sell quickly, yet fairly, and gives very trustworthy advice that we knew we could trust. We felt so comfortable with her from the first meeting, and we knew we could trust her and her team completely to give our listing the attention and priority it deserved. She was always accessible to us and so easy to work with. She and her team are absolutely amazing. If you list with the Woolard Group, you WILL NOT regret it!

Debbie was amazing! I contacted three agents, all endorsed by Dave Ramsey. Debbie was clearly the agent for us as she responds to emails and phone calls quickly. She was extremely efficient showing us homes. Debbie picked us up and gave me a clipboard with all the homes we would see for the day in order. As we got to a new home my husband and I would check out the backyard while Debbie would open the lock box. We would meet inside and either move on to the next property or continue through the home. She quickly learned what we liked, and didn't try to push homes like she was solely interested in the commission. Debbie has snacks and drinks in her car, and she planned our house hunting day perfectly with no wasted time. I really liked that. Once we found the right house she promptly filled out the paperwork and guided us through the negotiation process. While the selling agent we were working with was unprofessional and rude, she handled him and the situation well. Additionally, Debbie is a great resource for recommendations of professionals to get work done on the home. Her preffered home inspector saved us from buying the wrong house! Debbie is kind, prompt, knowledgable, and a hard worker. She has absolutely earned our business for life.
