Howard Hanna Real Estate Services

Working with Brandon-Bening was a wonderful experience. He is knowledgeable, smart and an outstanding professional. In all the years buying and selling houses, I have never had such an exceptional person to represent me and look after my and my family's interest. He was by us all way to the end assisting with every detail and always available.

I really appreciate him so much for helping me find the house for me and my family. Highly recommend, hard working, trusted and never gives up to achieve his position. Thanks Brandon and the community for making it happen.

After a brief email, Rob set up time to visit property and came with information about sales in the area, similar homes and strategy to sell home. This was a full year prior to putting the home up for sale. When time came to put home on the market, there was a full plan in place with timelines. What to complete on the both the exterior and interior of the structure, how to stage home and how to prepare for showings. Rob made it very clear what to worry about and what to not be overly concerned about. At time to decide price, a couple options were presented and I went with his recommendation. Always available, always got back to me quickly, and was always on top of the sale. Would inform me of how many showings, who was serious, hurdles on the buyers end as well as which would be most fruitful for our situation. In short, I honestly dont think you can do better. I 100% recommend Rob. His only goal is to get you as much for your property as possible and as quickly as possible. I'm my opinion, if you dont at least include Rob on your short list you are making a mistake.

Without any doubt, Rob is an absolute expert in the Pittsford market. We sold our house very quickly and for a very good price. He is open, friendly, communicative, and honest, responding to calls, emails, and texts at all hours of the day, all days of the week. Rob is one of the best agents in this area.

Rob was exceptional in his service as a real estate agent. He made us feel as if we were his only clients pushed for our best interest. He worked all hours and we really appreciate that! His professionalism and approach is something to be admired and modeled in the industry!
