Howard Hanna Real Estate Services

Carol Olsen did a awesome job very professional. Carol showed up to list my home with advice on how to stage for showings. And listed house with professional looking pictures. NOT CELL PHONE PICTURES. Which gave me a Huge sense of confidence. She Communicated with us very well. We never felt left in the dark

I contacted Carol as I was referred to her through my parents who also had excellent service from her. Carol has been an absolute pleasure to work with and was dedicated to our application throughout the entire process. She kept up with all needs from the sellers and us as the buyers and made sure everything went smoothly. We would not have been able to make the transaction happen without Carol. Afterwards, she was even kind enough to come by after closing to make sure that everything went well and to help with my marriage proposal. I can't recommend her enough for anyone looking for any home buying assistance!

There are realtors and then there are realtors - but Carol Olsen is aEURoetheaEUR? realtor. She never gave up trying to sell our upstate NY home. She genuinely cared and when another realtor brought our buyer to her - she worked side by side with him to get the job done. Forever grateful to both Joe Aulino and her. A partnership at its best when needed the most.

Great Job! Obviously Sharon is dedicated to getting the job done. Devotion is something that many lack today but certainly Sharon has an abundance of. I'm greatful that she completed what at times,to me, seemed a difficult undertaking. And I am relieved and completely satisfied with the results and that im able to move on. I want to thank Sharon and all those who supported her in this endeaver that made this a success. Thank You all and be well Joseph

From her responsiveness to her ability to negotiate and all the in-between knowledge she holds about purchasing a home, Carol Olsen is amazing. As first time home-buyers, she walked us through each step of the way and answered all of the questions we had. She not only encouraged the process to move faster at certain lulls, she also communicated efficiently with all involved. Carol truly knows what she is doing!!
