Howard Hanna Real Estate Services

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Cyndi! She has helped us purchase a home and is helping us rent one of our other properties, and we couldnt have asked for a better person to guide us through each experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, trustworthy, and always goes above and beyond. She truly listens, understands our needs, and makes what can be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We always felt that she had our best interests at heart. We are so grateful to have found her and would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying, selling, or renting a home. She is truly exceptional!

We were so fortunate to have Cyndi recommended to us, and we couldnt be happier that we took that recommendation! From start to finish she was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and such a pleasure to work with. She was always available to answer our questions, guided us through the process, and made what wouldve been a stressful experience feel so much easier. We truly appreciated her expertise and support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful real estate agent.

Vincent was responsive when I first connected via a lender platform referral in spring 2026. He set up a listing search based on the criteria I gave him and the automated alerts came regularly. After that initial setup, that was essentially the extent of it. Over the next two months I never heard from him personally, only the automated listing emails. As a first-time buyer I did not understand that I could ask him to show me any listing I found on my own, and he never explained how that works. When I found a house I wanted to see, I contacted the listing agent directly. I ultimately worked with a different agent for the purchase.

Cyndi Martin is simply exceptional and exceeded every single expectation throughout our home-buying journey. Whenever we thought she was already doing an amazing job, she somehow outdid herself once more, treating the entire process with the same level of care and dedication as if she were buying the home for herself. If there were a scale of 1 to 10, she would completely break it. It wouldn't even be fair to evaluate other realtors against her because she is truly in a league of her own. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Vincent helped us through the recent sale of two homes and we could not have asked for a better realtor. He knows the area and the market, he was always on top of what needed to be done and most importantly, he ALWAYS put his clients first. He also knows the right people to contact when things need to get done during the sale. We highly recommend Vince!
