Vincent was responsive when I first connected via a lender platform referral in spring 2026. He set up a listing search based on the criteria I gave him and the automated alerts came regularly. After that initial setup, that was essentially the extent of it. Over the next two months I never heard from him personally, only the automated listing emails. As a first-time buyer I did not understand that I could ask him to show me any listing I found on my own, and he never explained how that works. When I found a house I wanted to see, I contacted the listing agent directly. I ultimately worked with a different agent for the purchase.
