We hired Ed Brewer in September 2020 as he was recommended to us by family. He was single handily the most unresponsive, and most dissatisfied experience weve ever had. On top of absolutely no communication, he actually bold face lied to my husband and I. We received an offer on our home and had an inspection scheduled- which Ed said he would be attending on our behalf. The morning of, my husband texted Ed to confirm details. No response. He didnt even attend it, and then had the nerve to LIE and say he wasnt allowed to attend because of Covid-19. Which we contacted a personal friend who is also an Agent in Saratoga. Which was an outright lie. He simply didnt care. We never heard from him again untilWe contacted him- almost 3 weeks later, then he didnt have our closing date correct. Never was organized. Truly made this process a horrible one. Do not hire Edward Brewer, he will make lies and excuses. And simply will not help you at all but will be happy to take the commission.

Rob was available at all times of day via text/email/phone and consistently provided support to our family when purchasing a home. He dealt with all of our emotions as first time home buyers, but provided matter-of-fact guidance to ensure we were always on track. Rob will be the first person I call when we purchase another home and I will tell anyone in need to contact him.

Rob was very efficient and when anything popped up it was handled quickly. He knew the area and the market and house was in contract on the first day. Hes friendly knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. We are very happy with the whole transaction and highly recommend him.
