Howard Hanna real Estate

Matt was the ideal realtor for our needs. He assisted us in preparing our home to sell and brought in a buyer before the house went on the market. Matt was a great communicator throughout the entire processaEUR|..we always felt we were on top of what was happening When we purchased our next home we were not in the state and Matt did our house tour for us, FaceTimed the property multiple times and truly understood what we needed. Having someone looking out for our best interests was key We would highly recommend R Matthew Ragan if you our considering buying or selling in the central New York Region Marty and Mary Lynne Albanese

Matt was an absolute pleasure to work with. Hes a shark in the business and hes great at building relationships and negotiating on behalf of buyers and sellers. I definitely consider and use him again in the future.

My wife and I have worked with Matt twice, once to sell our home and most recently to buy our current home. His market knowledge, strategic planning and contract negotiation skills created real economic value for us in both situations. Hes professional, diplomatic, and manages relationships very well. He also listens well, and, while he has a point of view about optional paths to take, he supports our decisions and is willing to adapt strategy to attain the desired outcome. Matt is the realtor to choose in the Syracuse and surrounding area.

Matt is great to work with! Very professional and knowledgeable about the Dewitt/Fayetteville area. Things went very smoothly and we sold our home in 2 days! I would recommend Matt highly to sell your home!! Linda Schreiber

Matt was very helpful in every step of the home selling process. He knows the area extremely well and was well-organized in helping us prepare the home for listing. We appreciated his deep experience in the field and with our local area. Matt is clear and responsive in his communication style and always responded to our questions in a timely and helpful manner. Highly recommend.
