Howard Hanna Rand Realty

Marie is wonderful She really stuck with us. In the beginning of our search we were just getting a feel for what we wanted and where, Marie was patient with us and always made herself available to show us listings all the way through aiding us in buying our first house. We are so happy with our place and how it all worked out. We would definitely recommend working with Marie.

Marie was absolutely amazing! On a whim my wife and I started looking at houses. We lucked out in reaching out to Marie about a listing of hers. 3 houses later (the first 2 had accepted offers), and we had ourselves a new home. Marie is incredibly responsive and timely. She answers all of your questions quickly, and if she doesnt know the answer she finds out right away. She was right by our side throughout the entire process, right through closing. You would be fortunate to have Marie Altieri as your realtor :-)

We?ve known Marie for several years and she was the first person we thought of when it came time to buy our new home. She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and walked us through the entire process. Marie is patient, responsive, and goes above and beyond to help her clients.

Great person Very knowledgeable about the area Always answered her phone when we called or asked a question It was good and smooth process Once we found the house we liked Marie brought key professionals who inspected our home and shared valuable contacts for the future of house needs We are very happy Thanks Marie Alteri

THE BEST! 4 years....thats how long we had our house on the market. Within 1 month of having Marie as our realtor we had multiple showings and 2 offers. Marie maintained constant contact with us. She is truthful, trustworthy and tells it like it is. I would highly recommend Marie. She will get your house sold!!
