Howard Hanna Rand Realty

Millie is awesome. An incredible person to know and work with. Dedicated in working and preparing your home to sell. It was a pleasure in meeting her and working with her. Very knowledgeable in her field. I highly recommend to anyone who is thinking of selling home. You will not regret it. You know exactly what will be happening from beginning to closing date. Thank you again Millie

From the very first time I met Mildred at an open house, I felt as if I had known her for many years. She is very friendly, easy to talk to, and above all, highly professional. On that same occasion, there were other people viewing the property, and I noticed she treated everyone with the same level of attention and respect. Mildred followed up on the entire buying process from start to finish. She helps you understand things you may not be familiar with, and most importantly, she remains impartial throughout the transaction, supporting both the buyer and the seller fairly. She stays on top of every step of the process and keeps you informed of all progress. Thank you, Mildred, for your great help in the purchase of our home.

Outstanding is the word that comes to mind! Ms. Valentin's ability to get things done, even under difficult circumstances, is amazing! This Real Estate transaction was very delicate. The property was my mom's and it involved some twists and turns. Ms. Valentin handled it with professionalism, understanding and more importantly compassion. It was an absolute honor and pleasure having her on my team!! She went the extra mile and I am so very grateful. Thank You Millie for getting my Mom to the end!! Kudos to you My Dear!!
