Laurel Lustgarten I would like to write a review that is as special as our realtor, Laurel Lustgarten. I do not think that is possible, but I will try. She is a first class, top of her class realtor, but more than that, she is a truly authentic, charismatic person. When we finally decided it was time to sell our beloved house of 40 years, I had no idea how to get started. I called Laurel, was asked to leave a message, chickened out and simply hung up. Laurel called back in less than 10 minutes anyway. This has been a hallmark of her working ethic. She never leaves a call, text or email unanswered more than a few minutes. When she called back, she could tell I did not know what I was doing. Without being pushy she asked all the right questions and made strong, informed, professional suggestions. She has an intuitive sense of what people need at this emotional and potentially chaotic time in their lives. She assured us that she would guide us through the process but let us make the decisions, she also said she would be there from the beginning to the very end. She has been true to her word.
