Our experience with Emily couldn't have been better. We had to purchase a home in Morgantown WV while we were still living out of state in IA. We only had one visit to house shop. In the few days we were in town, Emily took us to each of the houses we wanted to see. When we didn't find a house in those few days, she continued to organize virtual tours for us as houses popped up, never making us wait more than 24 hours after a listing was posted to see the house. Once she found us a house we loved, she also managed all of the logistics of closing for us since we were not available in person. She did everything from inspections to handing issues with our bank. As first time home-buyers, she held our hands through the process and made sure we understood what was going on and could make educated decisions.
