Howard Hanna Outer Banks Realty

Mike was great to work with! We had total confidence in him when buying our cottage and always felt he was doing his absolute best for us. We did and still do have complete trust in his knowledge and wouldn't consider anyone else when buying or selling in the OBX.

So, Previously I wrote a fairly negative review. I clearly was not happy with the services throughout the process of purchasing a home in the OBX. The communication I thought could have been better and the repairs of the home could have been facilitated much better. That being said I need to give credit where credit is due. Although we have not spoken since closing Mike still when out of the way to make sure the home was presentable along with some of the repairs on the outside of the home were performed. Even though I had my initial opinion I felt it was right to go back and update the review to reflect his effort. So Thank you Mike!

We recently were in the market for a home but we had some special nedds. Mike went above and beyond to make the whole expierence quick and easy. He listens to what you are looking for an most importantly he put up with all our questions and random texts!! I would recommend him to anyone anytime!! Thanks Mike for everything!! Jeri and Anthony

In May 2017, Michael Siers helped my family find our Outer Banks dream home in Duck, North Carolina. He helped us every step of the way. We would definitely recommend using Micheal Siers for anybody looking to buy or sell a home in the Outer Banks.

Mike was referred to my wife and I from a coworker who purchased a house through and was great to work with. He has a vast knowledge of the OBX area and his specific insight helped us to narrow our search down to the property we ultimately purchased. We will definitely use Mike again and have referred him several times since our purchase. Each of our referrals were also totally satisfied. If you are looking for a realtor in the OBX that will help you to find a property that is "just right" for you, Mike is the one to call.
