I cannot recommend Brennan Thurber highly enough. He was absolutely fantastic to work with, and my wife and I are incredibly grateful for everything he did for us throughout our home-buying process. Our purchase was anything but simple. There were a ton of snags, complications, and unusual situations along the way, and Brennan handled all of it with an incredible amount of patience and professionalism. He had to deal with some difficult situations on the seller's side, on top of answering what must have felt like an endless stream of questions from us, and he was consistently helpful through all of it. And when I say we had questions, I mean we had a LOT of questions. We called Brennan constantly trying to understand what was happening, what was normal, what wasn't, and what our options were. He was always willing to talk things through with us, explain the process, and help us make sense of a transaction that was anything but normal. He never made us feel like we were bothering him, which I appreciated more than I can say. Brennan was also a huge help while we were actually looking at houses. He has a great eye and clearly brings a lot of experience with him. At one property, he spotted a massive crack running through the foundation that my wife and I had completely missed. He wasn't just there to open doors and try to get us into a house. He genuinely helped us look at properties with a more experienced eye and pointed things out that we might otherwise have overlooked. He is knowledgeable, patient, honest, helpful, and just genuinely great to work with. He's a busy guy, but after working with him, it's easy to understand why. He's good at what he does. Considering everything Brennan had to deal with during our purchase, I honestly wish we could have paid him a larger commission. He absolutely worked for his money on this one and then some. We could not be happier with the job he did for us. Five out of five stars without question. If we ever buy or sell another home, Brennan will be the person we call, and I would happily recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Brennan did an excellent job with setting up times to see properties , presenting offers and keeping in contact with me about the whole process ! He was amazing and is very good at what he does! We highly recommend him!

Brennan was amazing! We were recommended by many people that we know saying he was the best in the area. Being local he knew alot of information about the area we were looking in. He was very prompt with all his responses through email and was always available by phone call or text if we had any questions. He was able to accomadate my schedule as I work at night he had no problem taking phone calls and emails from me at night when I was awake. Finally he went above and beyond when we were having some trouble with coordinating things with the bank to personally reach out to them as well to help facilitate the closing. I would definitely use Brennan again!

Brennan worked with our family to sell our home in Friendship, NY. He visited with us three times to advise us on before signing a contract. It took us over a year to clean out & make needed repairs before placing the home on the market. Within 23 days we had our first formal offer. Brennan is hardworking, supportive and very knowledgeable about the local market. You cant go wrong with Brennan on your side.
